An exciting opening for a middleweight technical designer to gain in-depth experience in the entire documentation process on large scale and highly detailed hospitality projects.
A global design practice is looking for a technical designer at the middleweight level to join their London office. The successful candidate will have prior experience producing both tender, full construction packages and related schedules. Also, having a good understanding of project coordination and ability to work to deadlines.

· Assist in the development of overall presentation and tender documentation
· Ability to translate sketches and development drawings into technical documentation
· Produce all necessary interior drawings including detailing of joinery, stonework, metalwork, etc.
· Produce all related schedules for doors, windows, finishes, sanitaryware, etc.
· Understanding and comply with building regulations and codes for commercial interiors
· Check to ensure all drawings are clearly presented, maintain consistency and have accurate documentation
· Maintain journal and records of the latest revisions, issues, submittals, etc.
· Attend site meetings
· Hold a BA in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
· Have the right to work in the UK
· Proven experience working within hospitality, F&B or hotel design
· Experience working on bid documentation
· Experience delivering comprehensive drawing packages for plans, elevations, details, schedules, etc.
· An excellent knowledge of AutoCAD is essential. A good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator is desirable. Knowledge of 3Dmodelling software is advantageous
· General understanding of building codes and regulations
· Have exceptional attention to detail
· Portray strong communication skill
· Able to work collaboratively, efficiently and possess the willingness to adapt and learn
