the details

Lead the way on prime residential and commercial projects throughout the UK. This role presents an exciting chance to progress your career, collaborating closely with clients and company owners to mentor the team and drive business growth.

This London developer has a small in-house design team, catering to a diverse array of fields including residential, commercial, and built-to-rent properties. Their offerings span from curating vintage items to executing interior design, styling, and installation services for projects.

  • Sourcing and researching new suppliers, assessing suitability, and expanding the supplier database
  • Negotiating, coordinating, and liaising with suppliers to ensure specifications and deliveries meet deadlines and budget
  • Overseeing project installations to ensure accessory and styling requirements are fulfilled, and coordinating professional photography as needed
  • Liaising with project management and installation teams to facilitate smooth project delivery and installation
  • Managing and maintaining the FF&E library/sample area
  • Assisting in the general day-to-day operations of the company as required
  • Reporting to the design director on tasks and deliverables and overseeing one FF&E designer as a line manager
Skills and Experience
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
  • Degree qualification in Interior Design or related field required
  • Demonstrated track record in handling both residential and hospitality projects
