about the position

The People & Talent Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle. This includes issuing contracts, onboarding, managing employee records, and supporting payroll and benefits processes. Acting as the first point of contact for people-related queries, the coordinator also assists with recruitment, organises internships, and provides general administrative support to the People & Talent team. The role involves maintaining HR systems, responding to employee queries, and contributing to projects such as pay reviews, appraisals, and promotions.

about the candidate

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality customer service. They should be a strong communicator, capable of building rapport across all levels of seniority. Proficiency in IT, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required, along with solid administrative skills and attention to detail. Candidates should exhibit discretion, empathy, and flexibility, with a commitment to confidentiality. Experience with HR databases and reporting is beneficial, and while a CIPD qualification (Level 3 or 5) is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
