In this position as Project Architect you will enjoy close collaboration with management whilst overseeing an assistant in the design, development and execution of projects up to £30m. Building on your client liaison and coordination skills, this is an opportunity for a relatively newly qualified Part III to take the reins on their own career development in a leading role at a practice where everyone has a voice.
The successful candidate will be a newly qualified Part III Architect or equivalent, eager to contribute to a small but dynamic practice where collaboration and hands-on involvement are key. While experience in the UK workplace sector is advantageous, a strong portfolio showcasing original design ideas and creative flair across any sector will be highly valued. Proficiency in Revit is essential, alongside a solid understanding of UK building codes and construction methods. A passion for or experience in sustainable retrofit and working with existing buildings is a plus. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to embrace the variety of opportunities that come with being part of a busy, close-knit team.
