The successful candidate will bring over a decade of experience from high-end interior design or architectural studios, complemented by a portfolio showcasing luxury projects. They will possess comprehensive knowledge of project delivery, with experience spanning all stages, from concept development and design packages to tender processes and construction detailing. They will have strong client-facing skills, demonstrating a proactive and commercially aware approach to project management, alongside a genuine passion for the luxury interior, travel, and leisure sectors.
Their background will include mentoring and appraising designers, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to lead and support small to medium teams with an empowering leadership style. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, reflecting their technical expertise and ability to contribute to the studio's design output while upholding its aesthetic vision and the highest standards of quality.
