about the position

You will be working closely with a talented and dynamic director on range of housing led projects primarily at early conceptual and planning stages, however this is a busy 20 person practice and so there are plenty of opportunities to work on a wide variety of stages and typologies. You’ll be at the forefront of design producing concepts, sketches, modelling in 3D, imagery for presentations, as well as developed design and planning documentation in revit. With the support of management you'll enjoy being client and consultant facing, allowing a driven designer excellent exposure to the real day to day of all that it takes to realise amazing buildings.

about the candidate

The successful candidate will be a part II/part III or equivalent, eager to contribute to a small but lively practice where collaboration and ownership are key. Experience working on pre planning stages of a range of housing types at a design led practice is essential as well as demonstrable practical revit experience. You will be an excellent communicator, verbal, written as well as graphically and be able to convey your own ideas and overcome design challenges with conviction. This studio is looking for an enthusiastic, intelligent and adaptable individual capable of working independently and as part of a team, who is ready to embrace the variety of opportunities that come with joining an emerging design name.
