This is a rare management opportunity for an established technical architect at associate director level. Reporting to Directors and Head of Delivery, you will have a strategic technical oversight ensuring adherence to regulatory, contractual and quality standards whist striving for technical excellence and promoting best practices. You will be be hands on overseeing large teams on two major complex high quality housing schemes concurrently, ensuring they are on programme and budget and mitigating risk throughout project delivery. As a senior leader you will act as a mentor to others, spearheading knowledge sharing and inspiring success in others.
The successful candidate will be an ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience, including substantial experience in technical delivery leadership. You will have a proven track record of delivering large scale, high rise, quality residential projects of varying complexities with an excellent grasp of building regulations, health and safety legislation, risk management and contractual appointments, with Gateway 2/BRPD highly advantageous. This is a senior management position requiring strong demonstrable leadership, business strategy and communication skills to flourish and commit long term to their practice. Revit is essential.
