Skyla Medeiros
Skyla Medeiros
In 2015, Skyla moved from Canada to London and began her career in recruitment. Whilst in Canada, she worked as an interior designer on the client side, coordinating multi-million-pound residential projects. Thereafter, Skyla moved to a boutique residential studio where she oversaw the FF&E design for private residential projects from concept to delivery.
Now based in Spain, she continues to work closely with her London clients, travelling regularly to London while expanding Folio’s network internationally.
Skyla’s background as an interior designer, combined with her passion for the industry, provides her with a unique advantage in understanding the needs of both her clients and candidates, contributing to her success over a decade-long career.

Thomas Potter
Thomas Potter
Thomas started his career in art galleries, working both in Scotland and London to help his clients grow their collections. Having always held a keen interest in design he co-founded a product and furniture company in his late twenties which enabled him to both travel the world and see the full life cycle of a product from idea through to sale.
In 2013 he started his recruitment journey working with London’s leading architecture, interior design, furniture and product studios to help them find the talent they need. Specialising in support roles he is passionate about finding people the right role for them and helping to guide them through the process.

Aly Peel
Aly Peel
Aly completed her BA in Architecture at Northumbria University in 2015. Upon graduating, she chose to pursue a path outside of traditional practice while remaining closely connected to the architectural community.
This led her to a career in design recruitment, where she has spent the past nine years building a strong reputation within London’s design sector. Known as a leading consultant, Aly has worked with both renowned architecture firms and boutique studios, helping them grow their teams.
Aly's passion for the industry is unwavering. She keeps herself informed about market trends and regularly attends industry events, celebrating the successes of both her clients and candidates.

Originally from Cape Town, Meghan relocated to London nearly two decades ago to begin her career as a 3D Visualiser. While she initially trained in design, she soon discovered a deeper passion for connecting with people. This led her to transition into recruitment, where she found her true calling in connecting exceptional design talent with leading studios.
With 18 years of experience, Meghan has become a trusted specialist in interior design recruitment. She is known for building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, offering deep industry knowledge and a thoughtful, consultative approach that has earned her a strong reputation across the sector.
In addition to recruitment, Meghan is also a career coach, working with designers and creative professionals to help them gain clarity, overcome career challenges and take confident steps toward their goals. She is passionate about empowering individuals to realise their potential and build careers that reflect their values and aspirations.

Fariyana Wynne
Fariyana Wynne
After earning her BA in Architecture, Fariyana embarked on an intensive sales training programme within the luxury sector. It was here she discovered a real passion for connecting with people, which led to a natural step into the world of recruitment.
Following a year spent travelling the world, she returned to London and joined a boutique interior design studio, contributing to high-end residential projects including One Blackfriars and 180 The Strand. Her role involved working closely with leading suppliers and manufacturers, deepening her understanding of the interior design industry from the inside out.
Now back in recruitment, where her true passion lies, Fariyana brings energy, warmth and a natural ability to connect with people. She continues to stay closely aligned with the interiors world through ongoing collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers, helping interior product companies grow exceptional teams here at Folio.
