You’ll be the face of a flagship trade showroom: greeting clients, uncovering project needs, crafting inspiration boards and complete furniture/finish schemes, and shepherding orders from quotation through delivery and installation. Success is measured by personal and store sales KPIs, flawless client care (in person and via outreach), and crisp project administration, budgets, pipelines, feedback loops, and post-sale follow-up.
The ideal hire brings at least five years of high-performance selling in luxury home or FF&E environments, repeatedly beating revenue targets. They couple confident, consultative salesmanship with technical fluency, reading architectural drawings, sketching space plans and translating brand stories into compelling design proposals. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is essential, while fluency in AutoCAD or SketchUp is highly valued. Polished and relationship-driven, they communicate with poise, cultivate networks at industry events, and excel in a fast-paced, service-led setting thanks to sharp organisation, self-motivation and a growth mindset.
