Highly creative Associate Designer sought by a respected London luxury studio to lead front-end concept work on prestigious projects, with a clear pathway to Design Director.
A luxury interior design studio is seeking an Associate Interior Designer to support the delivery of high-end residential and boutique commercial projects, with the initial focus on a private members’ club. Working closely with the Creative Director, you will take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring the creative vision is translated clearly and consistently across the team.
This is a hands-on, front-end focused role with a strong emphasis on concept creation, creative direction and highly considered design details. You will provide day-to-day inspiration to junior team members while maintaining close involvement with clients and the early design stages. There is a clear pathway for this role to grow into a Director-level position in the near future.
The studio may also consider a Senior Designer with the right level of experience, ambition and creativity.
You will be a highly creative designer with sophisticated and refined taste, backed by proven experience delivering luxury projects from concept to completion. Operating at an experienced Senior or Associate level, you will be confident leading the front end of projects, presenting to clients, and inspiring more junior team members.
You work closely with senior leadership, naturally align with and translate creative vision, and bring a strong eye for detail and spatial quality. Professional, polished, and proactive in your approach, you thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment and place real importance on design integrity and finish.
This is a respected London design studio offering a dynamic working environment. The role is primarily studio-based, with one day working from home on Fridays, and provides clear long-term progression within a growing studio and an exciting pipeline of projects for the year.
