This globally recognised studio is seeking a highly experienced and confident Senior or Associate Interior Designer to join its London team.
The designer will take a leading role in the design and delivery of world-class residential and hospitality interiors, overseeing projects from concept through to completion. The role involves driving projects from inception, collaborating with the wider team, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless coordination of all stages, including concept design, schematic development, detailing, and FF&E.
Working closely with the Design Director, the Associate will help shape some of the most prestigious interiors globally. This is a position that offers genuine ownership and creative input, working to the highest standards while also mentoring and supporting junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years’ experience in high-end interior design or interior architecture, having delivered complex residential or hospitality projects in the UK or internationally. You will have gained valuable experience at a studio of similar calibre and will be confident leading teams, presenting to clients, and managing consultants and contractors.
You should have strong technical and design acumen, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe CS is essential. A detail-oriented and proactive approach, combined with strong creative leadership and commercial awareness, is key to success in this role.
