Senior Business Development Manager required to drive growth at a leading global architecture practice.
The Senior Business Development Manager role is a strategic position within the practice, responsible for driving growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with potential clients and industry stakeholders, leading on pitches and proposals, and aligning business development efforts with the company’s wider goals. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will also represent the studio at industry events and contribute to expanding its footprint, particularly in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within architecture or a closely related sector, supported by a proven track record of winning work and building long-term client relationships. They should bring excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers, and a strategic mindset that allows them to spot and act on new opportunities. A strong professional network within the architectural sector is essential, and familiarity with the property markets in London, the wider UK, and the Middle East would be a significant advantage. Energy, ambition, and a passion for driving growth will be key to success in this role.
Our client is a globally recognised architecture, urbanism, and design practice with ten studios across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
