The Communications and Marketing Assistant is a fast-paced, varied role based in the London studio, supporting the global communications and marketing team. The position involves producing and managing marketing materials, supporting internal communications, organising events, and assisting with content creation across digital and client-facing platforms. It requires excellent project management and the ability to translate strategic messaging into engaging content.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented self-starter with one to three years’ experience in marketing, ideally within architecture or the built environment. Strong copywriting, editing, and graphic design skills are essential, with proficiency in InDesign, PowerPoint, and Photoshop, while experience in animation, film editing, Canva, or CRM tools is a plus. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams and regions.
