You will be working closely with a supportive and talented associate director on BIDS, concept and feasibility work on projects ranging from medium infill, large regeneration, student accomodation and co-living. Producing diagrams, massing, modelling and presentation work, this is a role for a strong designer however joining a small but agile team, there will be lots of opportunity to contribute to projects of varying typllgiies across all stages.
The successful candidate will be an experienced part II, recent part III or equivalent, eager to contribute to a dynamic practice where collaboration and hands-on involvement are key. Experience in the UK housing sector with good knowledge of layouts, planning and restrictions is essential, as well as lots of creative flair and strong presentatin and graphical skills. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to embrace the variety of opportunities that come with being part of a busy, close-knit team.
