about the position

This position presents the opportunity to move client-side working alongside the director of developments on a pipeline of luxury residential projects ranging from 1.5 - 20 million in contract value. Responsibilities will include aspects of project management, reviewing and assisting with design layouts and drawings, liaising with appointed architects and designers, setting briefs and advising on procurements routes, although with vary based on the scope of each project.

about the candidate

The successful candidate will be a qualified architect with significant experience in the luxury residential market and experience with existing/listed buildings. A well rounded skill base across design and delivery and an understanding of contractors, procurement processes, and project coordination is essential. As a relatively newly formed company, this role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with lots of ambition and ability to take your own direction.

The director of this multidisciplinary studio has decades of experience acquiring and selling prime properties within London. Over time, they have built a reputation designing and delivering timeless, world class residential projects ranging from private homes to larger developments. Based in a mews house in W11, they offer excellent flexibility, including the option to work 3 days from home, a competitive package with increasing holiday allowance based on length of service, and an annual bonus structure.
