After securing a number of new projects, this up-and-coming studio in the heart of East London is looking for part IIs and recently qualified architects to work on some exciting workplace and/or housing schemes of various scopes. This is a mid-scale firm, dynamic and fast paced in nature, and your responsibilities will range from designing concepts and visuals, preparing presentations, production of information for planning, tender and construction as well as supervising site works for projects con-currently. You will have the opportunity to assist in client and consultant coordination, offering real hands-on experience and a lot of responsibility for your level.
The successful candidate will be an experienced part II or qualified architect with a portfolio of UK workplace projects, with an emphasis on existing buildings and retrofit highly beneficial. A rigorous and thoughtful design approach with excellent presentation and graphical skills is required, as well as sound knowledge of regulations, construction methods and the ability to problem solve and overcome challenges, both independently and as part of a team.
