Experienced part II or recent part III to work on crafted homes for affluent clients in some of London's estimable postcodes.
In this role, you’ll be supported by a director and project architect on exquisite residential schemes of varying complexity from start to finish. You will be tasked with producing imagery for presentations, planning and technical documentation in vectorworks as well as attending client and consultant meetings and works on site with a senior. This is an excellent opportunity for a part II to gain excellent exposure on live built projects and qualify!
The successful candidate will be part II or part III accredited with experience working on private residential projects. A strong career and academic record and considered approach to design are essential, demonstrated through a quality portfolio of your own work with some technical exposure highly advantageous. Above all this studio would like to hear from switched on indivduals who are eager to get stuck into all aspects of a growing studio.
This is a relatively newly formed company but bring decades of experience and relationships to their now small team. They approach every project with quality and craft to realise spaces for their clients that are elegant and joyous. Although operating a generous hybrid model of 2-3 days at home, they are based in a co working tower in SE1 with spacious and bright office floors, an enviable view from the communal rooftop, cafe/ bar and hospitality membership perks and discounts.
