Executive Assistant to Executive Partner at a leading design studio – a central role supporting leadership, projects, and studio operations.
This is a full-time Executive Assistant role supporting the Executive Partner of a leading design practice. The position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Executive Partner’s schedule and activities, covering diary and communication management, meeting coordination, document preparation, event and travel logistics, and broader administrative responsibilities. The role is based onsite in London four days a week and requires a high level of organisation, initiative, and discretion, working closely with both leadership and project teams.
The ideal candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, and strong communication skills. Experience in managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and international travel, handling sensitive documentation, and supporting project and finance processes is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems, timesheet tracking, and procurement procedures is important, as is a positive, adaptable attitude and a willingness to contribute to team culture through events and celebrations.
