Lead the the delivery of a high profile net zero office building in the heart of the City.
This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expert delivery skills to an established AJ100 firm as they receive planning for a landmark net zero office in the heart of the City. A prominent existing building in a conservation area involving deep retrofit with facade retention and new additions, this is hugely exciting and complex commercial refurbishment for a top tier London client. You will be supported by an associate director, liaising closely with client, consultants and contractors, leading a small internal team on the technical development and coordination overseeing works on site early next year.
The successful candidate will be a qualified architect or equivalent with significant experience delivering high-spec UK commercial offices including complex retrofit of existing buildings. Experience producing and coordinating technical information ideally of both envelope and fit out is ideal with an understanding of sustainable principles such as BREEAM and WELL. Although supported by a senior, the role requires someone confident and experienced who is a keen problem solver to guide the project through delivery, navigating challenges to ensure that design intent and quality are not compromised and the project is on time and budget. An understanding of BIM would be beneficial although training will be offered to the right candidate.

With an expertise in delivery spanning more than 30 years and recently expanding into interiors, they have low turnover employing a team of 90 across 3 locations.
