This role supports the smooth running of engineering projects by providing essential coordination and administrative support within project teams. Based in the London studio, the Project Coordinator manages project documentation, drawing distribution, deadlines, QA processes, and team communication. Responsibilities also include preparing reports and presentations, maintaining accurate records, managing filing systems, booking travel, and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
Our client is looking for a highly organised, service-oriented individual with a flexible, positive attitude. Experience working in a design, construction, or engineering environment is beneficial. You should be confident using digital file management systems (such as 4Projects, Aconex, Dropbox), collaborating with CAD teams, and supporting teams through various administrative tasks. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are key. A proactive approach and team spirit are essential.
