about the position

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and proactive Middleweight Interior Designer to join our team and grow their all-round skillset under the guidance of senior and associate-level designers. You will assist in the development and delivery of high-quality interior design projects, working closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams.

In this studio-based role, you will gain hands-on experience across all project stages from concept through to completion, contributing to the creative process while also supporting the day-to-day coordination of project tasks. You will be exposed to client presentations, supplier engagement, and technical detailing, with a strong focus on the commercial workplace sector.

They should demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to support the translation of client briefs into thoughtful, functional, and creative design solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the role involves working closely with senior designers, suppliers, and consultants throughout the design process.
