Experienced Bid Manager needed to lead strategic submissions for award-winning design practice
The Bid Manager will lead and coordinate the end-to-end bid and tender process across our clients multidisciplinary teams. This includes identifying opportunities, managing submissions (EOIs, PQQs, RFPs, ITTs), liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring all bids are compelling, compliant, and on brand. The role will contribute directly to business development efforts, playing a key role in securing new work aligned with the practice’s long-term goals.
This position is suited to someone with significant experience in bid management, ideally within the design or architectural sectors. The successful candidate will be confident managing complex bid processes independently, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate strong leadership and organisational abilities. A calm and composed approach under pressure, attention to detail, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels are essential. Proficiency in relevant software such as Adobe InDesign, Affinity, and Microsoft Office is required, along with a relevant qualification or equivalent training.
