about the position

There are several openings for architects who are immediately available to join an established AJ100 firm to work on an exciting range of London workplace projects of varying complexities, often involving conservation, deep retrofit and facade retention as well as new additions. You will join a supportive team to assist with the production of information mainly at post planning stages, liaising with client and consultants with the support of seniors.

about the candidate

The successful candidates will be qualified architects or equivalent with experience across high-spec UK commercial offices ideally including complex retrofit of existing buildings. Experience producing and coordinating drawn information of both envelope and fit out is ideal with strong sustainability principles and keen technical problem solving skills to ensure that design intent and quality are not compromised. An understanding of BIM would be beneficial although training will be offered to the right candidate.

This is a well-established architecture practice known for its thoughtful approach to the repurposing and reinvention of historic buildings and luxury housing developments for tier 1 clients and developers. With an expertise in delivery spanning more than 30 years and recently expanding into interiors, they have low turnover employing a team of 90 across 3 locations. On offer is the opportunity to work on high profile London commercial projects as well as hybrid working from home 2 days and private healthcare.
