Account Manager – Drive Client Growth & Partnerships in the Luxury Interior Design Industry
An experienced Account Manager is sought to lead and grow key relationships within the architecture, design, and hospitality sectors. The role will focus on managing existing trade clients while identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account growth. Responsibilities include strategic client management, delivering presentations and proposals, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a seamless, high-value service experience. The role requires someone commercially minded with strong communication, negotiation, and project coordination capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Account Management within the A&D or hospitality industry, with demonstrable experience working across luxury goods, interiors, or furniture. They should be confident presenting to senior stakeholders, proficient with CRM systems and Excel, and able to drive account performance through insight and relationship management. Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills are essential, as well as a client-centric approach and the ability to solve problems creatively and collaboratively. Experience in interior design, luxury furnishings, or managing high-end client portfolios is highly desirable.
