Senior Operations leader needed to drive project delivery and studio excellence at Paris studio.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and driving operational excellence within a Paris design studio. Working closely with the Managing Director, Finance Director, and Design Director, the Operations Manager oversees the full lifecycle of key projects - from planning and scoping to delivery - while also managing the financial and operational health of the studio. The role blends strong project management capabilities with deep design understanding and strategic leadership.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in architecture, design, project management, or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. They will have proven expertise in project delivery, budgeting, resourcing, and contract management, as well as strong proficiency in Deltek or similar project management/ERP systems. A successful track record in team leadership, mentorship, and staff development is essential. The right candidate will also bring excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, along with a strategic, collaborative, and design-literate mindset and a strong business sense.
