Drive strategic growth in design-led workplace solutions as a Senior Business Development Manager.
Our client is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic sales and growth across the UK and international markets within the workplace furniture and acoustic design sector. The role involves the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and product demonstrations to deal closure and client relationship management. You'll work closely with architects, corporate clients, consultants, and resellers to position design-led, sustainable workspace solutions including acoustic booths, pods, and collaborative furniture systems. This is a key role with strategic influence in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
We're looking for a commercially savvy and self-motivated individual with at least 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in workplace furniture, acoustic solutions, architectural fit-outs, or design-led sectors. You’ll have a proven track record of closing complex deals with corporate and consultancy-led clients, and a strong ability to generate and qualify leads through platforms like Apollo, Lusha, Cognism, or CoStar. You should be confident in consultative selling, experienced in contract negotiation, and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, architects, and workplace strategists. A strong network within the design, architecture, and real estate sectors is highly desirable.
