The studio are looking for a highly experienced and visionary design professional with a strong architectural background, ideally trained in accordance with RIBA stages and with a sound understanding of building regulations and planning processes. The ideal candidate will be both creatively driven and technically proficient, with the ability to generate compelling design concepts and communicate them effectively through storytelling and presentation. As a natural leader, they will inspire, mentor, and support team members while cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. This individual should be well-organized, capable of managing their own time effectively, and adaptable—comfortable working across a spectrum of project types including Design & Build and Detail & Build. A working knowledge of the D&B industry is essential, along with proficiency in key software packages such as Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign etc and a flexible, tech-savvy, and innovative mindset is a must.
