Technical ArchiCAD Housing Architect - Immediate Contract
About the position
Acting as the client, this studio has gained successful planning for a super prime multi-unit housing led development in zone 1. Set to be a landmark project and their most important to date in terms of scale and location, you will be producing and coordinating packages in ArchiCAD, primarily external facades and envelope, with some internal elements at stages 4-5, collaborating closely with their in house project management and construction teams. This is a 6 month fixed term contract initally however there is an an opportunity for the right candidate to continue after the contract term, pending workload and resource.
About the candidate
· Architect or equivalent with strong experience in the London residential sector, ideally large new build multi unit.
· Avid technical problem solver who enjoys getting into the details of projects.
· Excellent drawing and modelling experience in ArchiCAD.
· Immediately available for a 6 month fixed term contract.
