This studio is looking to hire at boththe Midweight and Senior level for Interior Designers to join their team andwork across exciting new projects within the residential and hospitalitysectors, both in London and internationally. As part of a collaborative projectteam, the designer will contribute to all phases of the design process fromconcept through to construction.
The position offers strong creative inputduring the early design stages, balanced with a significant focus on designdevelopment. Responsibilities include producing detailed construction documentsincluding plans, elevations, architectural details, and joinery, as well aspreparing schedules for finishes, ironmongery, and sanitaryware. In addition,the role may involve aspects of construction administration such as reviewingsubmittals and responding to RFIs.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp withrendering plugins (such as V-Ray or Enscape), and Adobe CS is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in high-end interior design, with experience spanning both luxuryresidential and boutique hotel projects. This includes work on hotel suites,F&B spaces, lobbies, amenity areas, as well as private residences orapartments. Experience within renowned interior design studios is highlyvalued, along with proven ability to contribute across all stages of the designprocess from concept development through to construction.
Strong conceptual thinking and immaculatepresentation skills are essential, as is a high level of technical expertise ininterior architecture and joinery detailing. The candidate must have strongSketchUp skills and be confident rendering visuals to communicate designintent. They should also be comfortable liaising directly with consultants,ensuring clear coordination and a well-organised approach throughout theproject lifecycle.
