Award winning studio with a reputation for realising contemporary interventions to historic and sensitive fabrics is looking to hire exceptional part II assistants.
After securing a number of new projects, this established but still relatively emerging studio is looking for part IIs to work on some exciting workplace, mixed use and hospitality projects of various scopes. This is a mid-scale firm, dynamic and fast paced in nature, and your responsibilities will range from designing concepts and visuals, preparing presentations, production of information for planning, tender and construction as well as supervising site works for projects con-currently. You will have the opportunity to assist in client and consultant coordination, offering real hands-on experience to support your part III.
The successful candidate will be a part II assistant/equivalent with strong design sensibilities and rigour, demonstrated through a well presented portfolio of your own work. Prior professional experience working across well designed and executed projects is essential, ideally London focused and with an emphasis on retrofit. You will be an excellent communicator, verbal, written as well as graphically and be able to convey your own ideas and overcome challenges with conviction. This studio is looking for enthusiastic, intelligent and driven individuals capable of working both as part of a team and independently. Revit is essential with Microstation advantageous.
