Drive B2B Growth & Build Specifier Partnerships in a Design-Led Interiors Studio
The Client Relationship Manager is a client-facing role focused on developing new B2B business opportunities and managing relationships with key specifiers, including architects and designers. Based in a design showroom and frequently visiting client premises, the role involves delivering exceptional customer service, generating new leads, arranging and conducting meetings, and supporting the full sales process from enquiry through to quotation. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records through CRM software, leading presentations and events, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the client base through proactive outreach and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales or client relationship management, preferably within design, interiors, or specification-led industries. They should be confident, proactive, and personable, with strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach. Proficiency in CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is essential, along with the ability to manage the sales pipeline, deliver engaging presentations, and provide a high standard of customer service. A collaborative mindset, professional presentation, and flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and attend events are also key.
