This is a boutique design and development studio with a centrally located office and generous hybrid working.
This a role for an architect with strong revit to join an emerging design and development studio on an initial freelance basic with the opportunity to continue and convert to a permanent role pending workload and suitability. You’ll working with the support of a senior architect on a range of beautifully crafted and meticulously detailed London residential projects, both one off and multiunit. You’ll be hands-on, producing concepts and imagery for presentations, as well as producing development and technical documentation in Revit and supervising works on site. You'll have oversight of entire schemes as they move through all stages from site inception to successful sale.
The successful candidate will be a part III registered architect/equivalent with 1-4 years PQE experience and a portfolio of crafted residential projects, ideally single dwellings and multi unit, all too a high finish. You will have excellent graphical skills, acute attention to detail and plenty of design rigour demonstrated by a beautiful portfolio of your own work and imagery, complimented by expert technical skills with good post planning involvement producing and coordinating technical information in revit. An abundance of energy is required to get stuck into a range of tasks in a small but growing team.
