The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer support within sectors such as furniture, interiors, or e-commerce. They must be highly organised, capable of managing several moving parts simultaneously, and communicate effectively with a tone that builds trust and provides clarity. A proactive and solutions-focused approach is essential, along with comfort using CRMs, order tracking systems, and collaborative platforms like Slack, Asana, or Notion. Experience working with UK-based and international manufacturers is advantageous, and the right person will remain calm and personable under pressure.
