Senior Interior Designer to lead design-led workplace projects from concept through to completion. This is a full-time, permanent role with strong client exposure, creative ownership, and team leadership responsibility. The position suits someone confident across all RIBA stages, with an interest in strategy, a sharp design eye, and the ability to manage project timelines while mentoring junior designers
The successful designer 8–10 years of experience, with a strong portfolio of workplace projects and a balance of conceptual and technical ability. You should be confident leading presentations, coordinating with consultants and suppliers, and delivering detailed drawing and FF&E packages. A proactive mindset, clear communication skills, and commercial awareness are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe CS is required; SketchUp is a bonus.
