The position is ideal for a designer with 2-4 years of experience in the UK who has worked across refurbishment and new build schemes. With responsibilities spanning creative concept development, bespoke joinery design, FF&E procurement, and project coordination, the role demands a well-rounded individual who is confident in both design and technical execution. A strong understanding of materials, detailing, and delivering quality-driven work is essential, as is the ability to manage design intent throughout the lifecycle of a project.
The successful candidate will be a driven, detail-oriented interior designer with a passion for delivering refined and bespoke interiors. They will bring strong creative and technical abilities, including proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp,and Adobe Creative Suite. A proactive mindset, excellent communication, and a client-focused attitude are vital, as this is a client-facing role requiring strong organisational and interpersonal skills. An understanding of UK building regulations, procurement processes, and construction technology will ensure the candidate can work seamlessly with contractors, consultants, and artisans to deliver exceptional results.
