Senior Workplace Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer with strong experience in corporate interiors and workplace sectors to join a collaborative London-based design team. The successful candidate will lead and support projects from concept through to completion, developing innovative design solutions, managing client relationships, preparing presentations and technical documentation and contributing to the delivery of high-quality workplace environments. The role will also involve material and furniture specification, site coordination, project reporting and mentoring junior team members.

• Degree qualified in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
• Ideally 10+ years’ experience within a similar role and professional practice environment.
• Strong experience delivering workplace and corporate interior projects.
• Excellent design, conceptual, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Revit (essential) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Sound understanding of Building Regulations, British Standards, and relevant legislation.
• Strong technical knowledge of furniture systems, finishes, materials, and products.
• Experience managing fast-track projects from concept through completion.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Passion for design excellence and innovation within the built environment.
