Office Manager wanted for dynamic Central London engineering studio.
Our client is seeking an Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of daily operations in their Central London office. This varied role involves managing the day-to-day functioning of the workspace, coordinating internal and external meetings, handling supplies and equipment, supporting social and marketing events, and liaising with building management. The Office Manager will also manage the studio’s social media and website, assist with bid documents and presentations, coordinate company events, and maintain internal quality assurance systems. The role is full-time, office-based, and reports directly to the three founding partners.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and enthusiastic multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently in a busy, varied role. They will be confident managing their own workload, adaptable to the needs of a growing practice, and keen to develop both themselves and the position. Experience in office administration, event coordination, and basic media or website management is valuable, alongside strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Our client is a friendly, 25-strong team of engineers delivering construction projects across London. The studio prides itself on its collaborative working environment and a portfolio of innovative structural engineering projects across the capital.
