The Trade Partnerships Manager role focuses on driving the growth of trade partnerships across established and emerging industry channels. It combines business development, account management, and process optimisation, with responsibilities ranging from creating and converting new trade accounts to managing relationships and ensuring seamless project delivery. The role also involves developing team processes, supporting new hires, and building long-term relationships that generate repeat business, while contributing to wider start-up needs when required.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, proactive, and empathetic to trade professionals. They should bring at least a year of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with confidence in managing systems and processes and the ability to generate and convert leads independently. A strong network within the UK design industry and ambition to progress quickly in a fast-paced environment are highly valued, with an interest in design, interiors, or the built environment considered a bonus.
