An international architecture practice is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Senior Leadership Team in a fast-paced and varied role. The position involves managing complex diaries, coordinating international travel, assisting with client relationship management, supporting project teams, and helping to foster a positive studio culture. The role is based full-time in the London office and requires both independent initiative and close collaboration with colleagues across global offices.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in a similar role, with proven skills in complex diary management, travel coordination, and executive support. Strong organisation, communication, and prioritisation abilities are essential, as well as discretion, integrity, and the ability to manage relationships confidently. Experience in the architecture sector is desirable but not essential; however, an interest in the industry and a willingness to learn are important. The candidate must be adaptable, resilient under pressure, and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
