This is a unique client-side opportunity to join a high profile luxury residential consultancy to work on behalf of some of the world’s most elite clientele. Overseeing a couple of juniors and working closely with a director, you will be liaising with clients to define brief, scope and strategic direction of multiple projects concurrently. You will be attending pitches and early project meetings, advocating for client’s requirements, helping them to understand fee proposals, legal and planning requirements and subsequently appointing external design and consultant teams. The role is heavily focused on RIBA stage 0-1 however you will be maintaining oversight acting as client representative through to successful handover as and when projects require.
The successful candidate will be an established architect or development professional with significant experience on luxury projects including briefing, fee proposals, feasibility, planning and listed building consent and technical delivery. Proven track record and understanding of what it takes to deliver for UHNW private clients is essential, ideally coupled with experience from a more commercial setting to bring a strong business mindset. You will have strong project management skills, capable of overseeing projects concurrently with many work streams, ensuring they are on time and budget. Excellent communication, presentation and pitching skills with the ability to confidently lead client and consultant coordination with conviction and professionalism. This role would suit someone who has lots of initiative, an entrepreneurial spirit and a wholehearted ambition to drive things forward.
