Overseeing a couple of juniors on a project/part of a project, you will be coordinating with client, authorities and consultant teams and producing information in Revit primarily at RIBA stages 1-2, although this is a role to join the wider studio. This firm are looking to hire immediately so a shorter notice period is preferable, however they are prepared to wait for the right candidates. The successful candidates will be architects with 3+ years of experience post part III. A background in high quality and rigorous housing projects with strong design sensibilities and planning knowledge is essential, demonstrated through a well curated portfolio of your own work. Although hands on, you will be confident in a client and consultant facing role and have experience managing a small team, with the right support. This firm are looking for creative, pragmatic and curious designers who are passionate about how good architecture can improve lives and shape communities. Expert Revit is essential.
