A leading London-based interior design practice is seeking a Senior FF&E Designer to join its creative team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and delivery of exceptional interiors across a diverse portfolio of high-end residential and hospitality projects. As Senior FF&E Designer, you will oversee the selection, design, and specification of all furniture, finishes, lighting and accessories, ensuring every detail aligns with the studio’s refined aesthetic and uncompromising standards. You will guide the creative direction of each project, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with clients, artisans and suppliers to bring bespoke concepts to life. This is a position for a designer who combines creative intuition with rigorous execution and thrives on transforming ideas into beautifully crafted realities.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned FF&E professional with extensive experience in luxury residential design. You will possess an expert knowledge of furniture, lighting, textiles, and finishes along with a passion for sourcing, commissioning and designing bespoke pieces. Confidence in managing all phases of the FF&E process — from concept development and client presentation to procurement, budgeting and installation - is essential. You will bring a cultivated eye for composition, colour, and materiality, as well as exceptional communication skills and commercial awareness. Above all, you are a thoughtful and collaborative designer who takes pride in delivering spaces that are imaginative, meticulous and enduringly beautiful.
