Senior Interior Designer wanted to drive design excellence across hospitality and commercial projects.
A leading London-based design practice is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its Hospitality & Commercial team. Based in West London, this full-time position calls for a designer who can lead medium to large-scale commercial and hospitality projects from concept through to completion. The role involves managing every aspect of the design process - from creative vision and client liaison to technical documentation, procurement and installation. The Senior Designer will collaborate closely with architects, consultants, suppliers and an in-house team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished designer with 5–10 years of post-graduate experience and a strong foundation in the RIBA design stages. You will bring creative flair, strategic thinking and commercial awareness, with a portfolio that demonstrates innovation, precision and an understanding of materiality, space and light. You’ll be confident presenting to clients, leading teams and mentoring junior designers. Proficiency in Revit and the Adobe suite is essential, alongside excellent communication and organisational skills. You thrive in a fast-paced studio environment and enjoy seeing your ideas realised in high-profile hospitality and commercial settings.
This award-winning design practice is known for its sophisticated, timeless interiors that merge architectural integrity with creative expression. Its multidisciplinary team of architects and interior designers work collaboratively across hospitality, commercial and residential sectors, delivering projects that are both conceptually strong and technically refined. With a culture rooted in curiosity, collaboration and craft, the studio fosters a dynamic and supportive environment where design excellence and innovation are at the heart of everything they do.
