Market leading housing practice is looking for a Technical Associate Director/Director.
This is a rare management opportunity for an established technical architect at associate director or entry director level. Reporting to CEO and Managing Director you will play a key role in the strategic technical oversight ensuring adherence to regulatory, contractual and quality standards, striving for technical excellence and promoting best practices. You will be be hands on overseeing large teams on multiple complex high quality housing schemes concurrently, coordinating with contractor and consultant teams ensuring they are on programme and budget and mitigating risk throughout project delivery. As a senior leader you will act as a mentor to others, spearheading knowledge sharing and inspiring success in others.
The successful candidate will be an ARB registered Architect (or equivalent) with 10-15+ years of post-qualification experience, heavily focused on technical leadership. You will have a proven track record of delivering large scale, high rise, quality residential projects of varying complexities with an excellent grasp of Gateway 2, building regulations, health and safety legislation, risk management and contractual appointments. This is a senior management position requiring strong demonstrable leadership qualities, business strategy and communication skills to flourish and the desire to commit long term to their practice.
