This is a unique opportunity for a senior architect to deliver an exciting workplace led retrofit project for a tier 1 client which is currently on site. Reporting to associate and director you will have a hands-on role overseeing a team of architects and assistants, liaising with client, external consultants and contractors, coordinating technical information and packages in revit and supervising the works on site for a landmark grade II listed commercial scheme. Using your expert technical knowledge and rigour, you will be ensuring your team are working efficiently and on programme and upholding design intent to ensure a quality build on site.
The successful candidate with be a qualified ARB architect with a stand-out academic and career record. Experience working on high profile UK workplace projects for key clients is essential, with an emphasis on historic and listed contexts. You will have strong design sensibilities coupled with significant post planning, technical delivery and site experience and be able to lead a small team with the support of an associate. This firm are looking for thoughtful, creative, pragmatic and driven individuals and coupled with a quality portfolio of completed project work, you will be able to convey your own ideas and how you overcame technical challenges on projects with conviction. Revit is essential and immediately availability highly advantageous.
