about the position

This is a role to work on a once in a lifetime hospitality project as part of a leading architecture and interior design studio. Supported by an experienced management team, you will be taking projects from concept to completion, producing presentations, drawings for planning, tender and construction including bespoke joinery. You will also have the unique opportunity to supervise works on site, visiting remote and unique locations, coordinating with contractors and ensuring quality built output.

about the candidate

The successful candidate will be qualified architect/equivalent with experience working on exquisite hospitality and/or residential projects, ideally on an international scale and in remote locations. You will be a strong all rounder with experience producing and coordinating information for presentations, planning, tender and construction. This studio design spaces that are bold but elegant and exceptionally well crafted down to every detail and so a keen design eye and technical rigour are required. They are looking for someone highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills with a wholehearted ambition to drive projects forward and who is excited by the opportunity to travel for work.

about the studio

This architecture and interiors studio have carved a reputation for realising contemporary, unique and uplifting spaces spanning private homes, both historic renovations and new builds, luxury hotels, restaurants and private member’s clubs. Now on an international scale with offices across continents, however still adopting the same design principles including context and history, connecting indoor and outdoor environments and the use of light and natural materials, they continue to gain press attention and win awards. Their studio culture is one of diversity, both in their projects and people, design excellence and fun, enjoying each other’s company inside and outside of work. You will be working out of a spacious converted office in West London.
