This is a senior, front-end leadership role at the core of the studio’s design process. The Director will lead the conceptual foundations of each project, setting the spatial tone, operational logic and guest experience strategy from the outset.
With oversight across all live projects, you will guide high-level spatial planning, adjacencies, circulation and interior layouts for luxury hotel schemes, ensuring spaces are visually compelling, operationally sound and genuinely guest-friendly.
You will work fluidly between hand sketching and AutoCAD to test, challenge and refine layouts, redline drawing packages, and propose smarter spatial solutions. As a design authority, you will translate ambitious concepts into clear, buildable and highly resolved spaces.
The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years’ experience in high-end interior design, with strong recent exposure to luxury hospitality projects. A true front-end thinker, you will be hands-on at concept stage, producing and interrogating layouts through exceptional hand sketching and AutoCAD.
You will have an exceptional understanding of hotel environments, guest journeys, operational adjacencies and the expectations of the luxury market, balancing creativity with commercial and technical rigour.
A natural leader and mentor, you will confidently challenge spatial decisions and communicate with clarity and authority to teams, consultants and clients, leading from the front at concept stage.
