This is an opportunity to join a leading design studio to work one on one with a director on an exciting range of complex high quality housing projects. Liaising with client, external consultants and contractors and mentoring a couple of juniors, you will be focusing on the amenity, corridor and apartment spaces for several projects simultaneously at RIBA stage 3-4 although this is a role to join the wider business and so there will be opportunities to get involved in varied projects and stages.
The successful candidate will be a qualified architect/interior architect or equivalent with considerable experience in the UK BTR sector, although high quality residnetial or hospitality experience could also be considered. You will be confident designing and developing mixed use amenity spaces and apartments, including spatial planning, layouts and materials as well as producing internal technical packages and joinery details. This firm hire the best well rounded talent and so are looking for strong design sensibilities, technical rigour and excellent communication skills including verbal, written as well as graphically with the ability to convey your own ideas and overcome challenges with conviction. AutoCAD essential with Revit advantageous.
