about the position

After securing a number of new projects for 2026, this exciting young design practice is looking for a part II/III to contribute to the early design and planning of meaningful and characterful multi-unit housing projects, although they do not pigeonhole and there would be opportunity to work across a range of scopes and stages. Where no day is the same, your responsibilities will range from designing concepts, feasibility studies, producing visuals, presentations and information for planning, tender and construction as well as supervising site works with a senior. You will have the opportunity to liaise directly with client, authorities and consultants, offering excellent experience to advance your career.

about the candidate

The successful candidate will be a part II or a recent architect, eager to contribute to a dynamic practice where collaboration and involvement are key. Experience on concept, feasbility and pre planning stages of large multi unit housing schemes is required with sustainable retrofit, existing buildings and interiors a plus. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to embracethe variety of opportunities that come with being part of a busy close-knit team. AutoCAD and/or Revit essential.
