Join a leading boutique design name on a flexible basis 2-3 days a week.
This is a role on a part time freelance consultant basis to aid the transition of current, live and future projects in MicroStation into ArchiCAD BIM. You will be developing and maintaining ArchiCAD models, libraries and templates and ensuring workflows, standards, project delivery and coordination are aligned with best industry practices. As one of several ArchiCAD users in the office, your role will also involve troubleshooting and training as and where necessary.
The successful candidate will have a background in the built environment, ideally architecture and be adept in ArchiCAD BIM. You will have strong practical experience in both the setting up of models, family and template creation as well as coordinating models for projects simultaneously. The role also requires a strong understanding of processes and standards, BEP’s and BIM level 2 as well as eagerness to share your passion of BIM and technologies with others. You will be available for freelance work up to 3 days a week with an immediate start in January.
